This Esplanade project is near and dear to our hearts. After working with these clients on their suburban home, they trusted us once again to transform their downtown condo into the perfect weekend getaway! They wanted a space where they could explore the sights of the city, enjoy a yummy cocktail, and perhaps even transition into retirement one day down the road.

This once blank slate is now a fun space packed with personality. The custom fluted range hood, warm woods and vintage inspired finishes added some much needed charm and character. The beautiful blue chenille channel back banquette creates ample seating space around the walnut table. The open shelving with antique mirror is the perfect backdrop for this sophisticated dining area. Buon appetito!

Wanting to ensure they could still entertain, an office/murphy bed was created in the small den. This doubles as a work from home and guest bedroom, the perfect combination for this multifunctional condo. This is one of those come on in, grab a drink and relax kind of spaces!
